Clean sardine fillets from whole sardines in salted fish.
In some places they call it fillets of anchored sardines.

Its production method follows the same system that dates back to Roman times. Sardines in salt piles that are for 25-30 days.
Once removed from the pile, they are desalinated with fresh water. The workers extract and clean the fillets of the sardine.
They are put into the tubs and the oil is added.
Expiration: 6 months from manufacturing date.
